Hi-Tech Duravent’s warming blower hoses, for use in heaters, exhaust systems, dehumidifiers and air/fume removal equipment, are the ideal solution for such applications. The lineup includes:

• The 1PN-EP-HM blower hose.Constructed of heavy-duty, one-ply, neoprene-coated polyester fabric with an expanded pitch wire coated in a vinyl wearstrip, this hose is designed for long-lasting performance. It provides positive pressure movement of air, dust and fumes, and offers bonded construction to make hose seams air-tight. In addition, it is flame-retardant (UL 94V-0 rating), drag-resistant and highly compressible for ease of transport and use. The hose is available in standard lengths of 25 feet, and inside diameters from four to 24 inches.
• The Therma-Cool PN hose.This unit offers the same benefits as the 1PN-EP-HM blower hose, but it is constructed of two-ply, foam-insulated, neoprene-coated polyester fabric, and has an R-4 insulation value for keeping air warm throughout the length of the hose. This model is only available in inside diameters from four to 24 inches.

Both blower hoses can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 to 121 degrees C (-40 to 250 degrees F). Custom colours and cuff options are available upon request, and include sewn, belted, nylon ring and enclosed clamp cuff options.
