Cheese presses have a new solution fromFesto Canada: the CRD pneumatic cylinder. This is an application-specific unit designed to boost both quality and consistency in large operations as well as low-volume artisanal cheese making. The cylinder comes in four bore sizes, with forces from 3,016 to 18,850 newtons at six bar.
The CRDoptimizes quality by holding accurate pressure for the desired time, in order to ensure exact process control.
