McKessock Conveyor Solutions carries the Roller Bed Incline (RBI) conveyor from Hytrol, a floor-to-floor incline conveyor designed to defy gravity by transporting product up to 30 degrees. The conveyor offers many features that make it the ideal solution for applications requiring the movement of product on an incline.

The RBI conveyor is equipped with a chain-driven power feeder and an adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end. These features ensure a smooth transfer of products from incline to horizontal plane. In addition, higher load capacities are possible with the RBI conveyor and rollers.
Inclines can be easily adjusted up to 30 degrees, a feature which allows this conveyor to also be used as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems. In addition, the RBI has the capability to operate in reverse mode.
Available in 12 belt widths, the system’s many other features include a centre drive, brake motor, pop-out roller, powered feeder and more. Various installation options are available, including ceiling hangers and adjustable MS-type floor supports.
