New accumulating conveyor by Hytrol is perfect for small items

Hytrol’s latest breakthrough is the BZE24EZ accumulating conveyor. This is the perfect option for work environments that need to handle small or irregular packages, or items that do not move well on rollers. An addition to the E24 product line, the BZE24EZ employs the proven EZLogic control system.

理想的信件,保利袋,similar-sized objects, theHytrolBZE24EZ is a full-width belt conveyor with 24-volt motors as well as the accumulation system. It is also recommended for conveying products that would slip on inclines.

The drive roller on this accumulation conveyor allows the belt to span full-width to expand the conveying surface, to minimize gaps on the side of the belt. The BZE24EZ’s all-electric E24 motor operates quietly and saves costs on energy and long-term maintenance. The lagged drive roller provides a positive drive per zone, and the endless splice belt prevents product slippage with its high coefficient of friction.

Another major feature of this conveyor fromNorpakis a roller bed with a 1.9-inch diameter, with 16-ga. galvanized rollers spaced every three inches. This bed is mounted in an 8.5-inch by 12-ga. powder-painted formed steel channel frame, bolted together with splice plates. The drive roller measures 1.9 inches in diameter and is fully lagged with crown.

Other specifications of this new accumulating conveyor:

• Motor:Twenty-four DC, 100 watts, mounted outside of the channel and placed in each zone;
• Motor control card:Used with each 24-DC motor using the 3A setting mounted on the outside channel;
• Speed:Thirty-two to 161 feet per minute;

• Set low channel design:Additional flanges simplify installation and removal of the optional cover. No additional accumulation or reflector kits needed. Built-in guard rail;
