Hytrol has launched its new RBE24EZ full-width belt conveyor, designed for material handling applications where the accumulation of small items is required. Available in Canada from McKessock Conveyor Solutions, operating under theNorpak Handlingbanner, the new conveyor has an array of best-in-class features, offering users many advantages.
Superior technology
The new RBE24EZ full-width belt conveyor utilizes Hytrol's E24 technology, comprised of 24-volt motor-driven rollers. This all-electric E24 technology is known for its quieter operation, and lower long-term maintenance and energy costs.
In addition, the conveyor features the EZLogic Accumulation System, which controls the zero-pressure accumulation and release of product from zones. EZLogic Accumulation offers reduced noise levels, higher reliability and higher throughputs by combining the sensing accuracy of photo-electrics with discrete electronic logic control.

Ideal for use in operations where there is an incline or decline, the conveyor has the capacity to move 37 lbs. per foot or 75 lbs. per zone, at speeds ranging from 31 to 150 feet per minute.
