Powder bell applicator offers powder paint savings
Exel North America has launched the newSames InoBell Powder BellApplicator, a high transfer efficiency applicator. Designed to help companies改善疼痛t savings, the high-performance InoBell promises higher first passtransfer efficiency and finish quality, and better uniformity than competing powderbell applicators.
The InoBell can apply powder paint on all types of surfaces, with a particulareffectiveness on flat surfaces. It can be easily installed and integrated on arobotic or reciprocating system in a variety of markets.
It’s simple to use and offers powder savings that are 15 to 20 per cent higherthan when using an automatic gun to apply the paint. One customer, an officefurniture manufacturer, experienced improved finish quality and uniformity,resulting in 35 per cent powder savings.
