The SA-500 compact solid state relay

The Shinko SA-500 solid state relay is a highly insulated device with a dielectric strength of 4,000 volts between the input and output. The instrument comes standard with an output-side terminal cover; one for the input side is available upon request. The input supply voltage ranges from four to 32 volts DC.Mod-Troniccarries three distinct models of this versatile unit – the SA-515-Z, the SA-525-Z, and the SA-540-Z – which offer a maximum load current of 15, 25, and 40 A respectively. The output of each model is a zero-voltage switching system.
