• Hytrol SBI and RBI conveyors.Norpak is a proud Authorized Integration Partner with Hytrol Conveyor Company. The SBI and RBI are Hytrol’s incline conveyor systems; both are belt conveyors that can function as booster conveyors in gravity flow systems. The SBI uses slider beds, and the RBI uses roller beds, but both provide a constant product flow that results in maximum throughput capacity. Users can adjust the SBI incline up to 30 degrees, and its adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end helps facilitate smooth transfer from the incline to a horizontal plane.
• Vertical conveyors.泛光灯,TKF PFlow制造continuous or reciprocating vertical systems. These complex conveyors automatically lift items between levels with platforms. Continuous vertical conveyors are quicker, and users can feed items into their systems constantly, due to multiple platforms that cycle around. With a reciprocating conveyor, items are deposited at another level before the system descends again to get a new feed. Vertical conveyors take up less floor space, but offer less throughput capacity.
• Spiral conveyors.These systems transport items between levels through spiral paths; they are also faster than vertical conveyors and can move multiple products at the same time, through the whole length of each spiral with gaps in between. Spiral conveyors have the same throughput capacities as the Hytrol models do, but use less floor space lengthwise. They require less maintenance than vertical conveyors do, though more than simpler belt incline or decline systems do. Norpak supplies spiral conveyors by Ambaflex and Ryson.
