The CT325 miniature DC temperature controller

No separate sensor required
The CT198 miniature sensorless controller is a unique instrument the does not need a separate sensor for temperature input; the Heaterstat acquires temperature readings from its heater, a special model with a high temperature coefficient. The result: accurate, efficient electronic control at a reasonable cost. Designed for use with MINCO Thermofoil and Thermal-Clear heaters, the CT198 also has a solid-state on/off control with an adjustable setpoint. Another advantage of this unit is its low power consumption, perfect for battery-operated and vehicular devices, and it comes in a small PCB mount package.
The CT325 miniature DC temperature controller is developed for use with MINCO Thermofoil heaters, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), or thermistor sensors. Also available fromMod-Tronic,这个设备提供了便宜的on/off temperature control of processes or equipment, with accuracy far superior to that of bimetal thermostats. Users can control temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius with an RTD or 75 degrees Celsius with a thermistor, while easily reading and adjusting the setpoint temperature with a voltmeter, then monitoring the actual signal temperature at the other end.
The CT325 measures only one by one by 1½ inches and has a solid-state on/off control with an adjustable setpoint. Users get tight control with a plus or minus 0.1-degree-Celsius deadband, and the three-wire RTD connection cancels lead resistance.
MINCO’s CT425 temperature controller is a PID device capable of reading two independent RTDs. By using an internal solid-state relay, logic voltage output, and internal mechanical relay, the controller is fully configurable. All the user needs to do for configuration is connect the CT425 to a laptop or PC.
