Longevity and high performance

The VisuNet family of workstation solutions fromPICoffers longevity, high performance, and trusted protection. Among the designs available are the following:

• VisuNet EX1.Like other VisuNet products, this option is designed for use in harsh and hazardous work environments. Certified for operation in Zone 1/21, the EX1 has a stainless steel enclosure surface sanded to a smooth finish, with all welds ground smooth and polished. Options include an antimicrobial extended keyboard with various pointing possibilities, including a glove-friendly, resistive touchscreen.
• VisuNet GMP.Built to comply with the visualization needs of process automation in the life-sciences sector, the GMP has slim-line stainless steel housing with a suitable finish and no gaps or horizontal areas, making cleaning simpler. Relevant applications include clean rooms, interstitial areas, and fill and finish areas.
• VisuNet XT.Designed to withstand the harsh outdoor working conditions of exploring and extracting fossil fuels. Ideal for rig floors and other environments requiring extremely rugged panel PCs. Lightweight marine-grade aluminum housing, with a polyester resin powder coating that resists salt spray and many chemicals.
• VisuNet IND.An economical and versatile workhorse, the IND combines one of Pepperl+Fuchs’ four core communication technologies with a sleek, low-profile housing. A sealed enclosure with no vents or fans, with angles surfaces designed to prevent standing liquids after cleaning operations.
• VisuNet Edge.The most adaptable of the VisuNet series, the Edge has a universal, indoor/outdoor, all-weather watershed housing to suit a wide range of operator workstation needs, especially in wash-down areas. Includes an antimicrobial, chemical-resistant keyboard with various mouse options, and a sloped enclosure for proper drainage.
